These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the I AM HERE website.
I AM HERE is operated by PT Yang Kita Jaga, Indonesia.

ORDERS
By placing an order through our website, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to enter into the purchase.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of a pricing error, stock discrepancy, suspected fraud, payment issue or other legitimate reason. If payment has already been made for an order that we cancel, the amount paid will be refunded.
PRODUCTS
I AM HERE creates garments in Bali, including limited editions, small production runs and custom pieces.
Because some pieces are handmade or produced in small batches, minor variations in colour, pattern placement, texture or finishing may occur. These variations are part of the nature of handcrafted production and do not constitute defects.
We make every reasonable effort to display products, colours and materials accurately. However, colours may appear differently depending on the screen or device used.
PRICES
Prices displayed on the website are those applicable at the time an order is placed.
Shipping costs, where applicable, are shown during checkout before payment is completed.
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes and other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
PAYMENT
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
Orders are processed only after payment has been successfully authorised or received.
Payment processing may be provided by third-party payment providers. I AM HERE does not directly store complete payment-card information.
SHIPPING
Orders are prepared and dispatched from Indonesia.
Estimated delivery times and available shipping options may vary according to destination, product availability and the selected delivery service.
Tracking information will be provided when available.
International delivery times may be affected by customs procedures or circumstances outside our control.
Please ensure that the delivery information supplied with your order is complete and accurate. We cannot be responsible for delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, these charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee and remain the responsibility of the recipient.
I AM HERE cannot control or predict the amount of such charges.
RETURNS
We accept return requests for eligible standard products within 14 days of delivery.
To request a return, contact hello@iamhereapparel.com before sending the product back.
Returned products must be unworn, unused, unwashed and returned in their original condition with all labels and packaging.
Unless the product is defective, damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes paid are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Returns remain subject to any mandatory consumer rights applicable to the transaction.
CUSTOM & PERSONALISED PRODUCTS
Products made specifically for a customer, customised products and personalised pieces cannot normally be returned or exchanged because of a change of mind.
This does not affect rights relating to products that are defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise covered by mandatory consumer protection law.
Custom B2B projects, hospitality orders and other commissioned work may also be subject to separate quotations, contracts or commercial terms agreed before production.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
Please inspect your order after delivery.
If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from the product ordered, contact hello@iamhereapparel.com as soon as reasonably possible and include your order details and photographs where appropriate.
If the claim is accepted, we will arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds are issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
Processing times after a refund has been issued depend on the payment provider and financial institution involved.
AVAILABILITY
Many I AM HERE pieces are produced in limited quantities.
Although we make reasonable efforts to keep stock information accurate, an item may occasionally become unavailable after an order has been placed.
If this occurs and we cannot fulfil the order, we will contact you and refund any payment received for the unavailable item.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The I AM HERE name, visual identity, photographs, designs, graphics, texts and other original content appearing on this website are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
They may not be reproduced, distributed, commercially exploited or used without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
WEBSITE INFORMATION
We aim to keep the information presented on the website accurate and current.
However, we may correct errors and update product descriptions, prices, availability, delivery information or other website content when necessary.
FORCE MAJEURE
I AM HERE will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances reasonably beyond our control, including natural disasters, transportation disruption, government action, customs delays, labour disputes, major technical failures or other comparable events.
We will nevertheless make reasonable efforts to minimise their impact on affected orders.
PRIVACY
Personal information collected in connection with purchases and enquiries is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under the laws of the customer’s place of residence.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary to reflect changes to our services, commercial practices or applicable law.
The version published on the website at the time an order is placed will apply to that order.
